Guided Meditation
Doreen Gilligan from Daisy Acres and Willow from A Little Touch From Heaven will create a safe space for you to be in. We will be sitting in chairs in the paddock with the horses. They will be walking around freely clearing your energy and we will discuss what that looks like. Horses are always in the present moment and are great communicators of our true feelings. They are incredibly connected to the energy flowing around them and can feel where we have blockages. Spending time with horses in a calm and quiet manner brings peace to us as they clear our chakras and help our energy flow freely.
There will be a lecture and open discussion of the theme and then Reiki, if needed, is given for anyone needing extra support. Two guided meditations will be included. No experience necessary.
Each session will have a different theme discussed. Feel free to register for future events to continue your healing journey.
What to bring?
Bring lawn chair, journal and pen, water bottle, dress in layers and close toed shoes, bring light blanket in case of light breeze or change in personal body temperature.
Rainy days
In case of bad weather, we do have an arena available at RJ Ranch, which is located just 10 minutes south of Strathmore, off the 817.
